You hate Crosby only because Edmonton wasn't picking 3 first overalls in a row during that span, just like the other 29 teams with fans who hate Sid since the 2005 draft lottery but would have sold their soul to win that pick.

But Pilgore says that Omark is really good.

I'm having a good laugh at everyone talking about how terrible of a GM Burke has been for the Maple Leafs. It's not his fault, honestly. When you're the Leafs, losing just sorta happens. If it makes you feel better, the team turned a $100mil profit and is worth a billion. What would this team be worth if it had a tradition of quality, like the Habs? Maybe the Leafs want the lockout to bring the league back to six teams. At least then they'd make the playoffs once in a while.

I enjoy all the Leaf bashing on here, it's hilarious. But has anyone else noticed that the only fans that bash other teams are the ones that haven't won a Cup in a while? I rarely see Hawks, Bruins, Kings, Wings or Pens fans bashing anyone. Majority of bashing comes from fans without legs to stand on.

Everyone I know (and admittedly that isn't a lot of people, but I digress) but nobody I know likes Sidney Crosby (I was going to say "hates" him, but that would be exaggerated I think). That includes family and a few friends I have in Nova Scotia where the guy was littered. He's the bloody "face of hockey"... people somewhere must like him (outside of Pittsburgh preferably). Bloody mystery I tell you.

Good stuff, I needed something entertaining to read..Oilers, NHL Lockout, done by R.Cloutier is always good stuff no matter how dumb this whole lockout garbage is getting..
Meanwhile I'm watching the barons, bad game so far tonight..Schultz looks solid as always..as Does Eberle, Hall, and Hopkins..Marancin is really impressing me..but yeah the team looks pretty gassed tonight..didn't know it was a seven game road trip..

At least the Aeros cheerleaders are making the game watchable..
